I found the conversation quite good - I liked it. It’s something new. To be honest, I’ve never experienced anything like it before. So I was a bit nervous, but it’s really nice and quite cool overall - just having a conversation with AI. I think it’s also a bit more flexible, because you don’t always have the time to schedule something directly, or it can be difficult to make an appointment and get to an interview using public transport, etc. And in that sense, I find it extremely convenient. It was great.

It was my first AI interview. I kinda was expecting a very monotone experience, but this was rather vibrant and fun.

I actually find it quite pleasant, because you can answer the usual questions here that you would otherwise handle in person. This can save time on both sides if it turns out not to be a good fit, and you don’t have to deal with travel upfront. For example, if it’s clear from the beginning that the qualifications don’t match the job being offered. I think it’s a good time-saver.
