Founder & CEO
Yannis is the Founder & CEO of LizzyAI and an industry thought leader in people development, assessment, and psychology (SHRM, ATD, Unleash, Josh Bersin). Previously, he was the Founder & CEO of CoachHub, a leading digital coaching platform that raised $350M+, expanded to seven offices globally, and serves clients like Ford, Coca-Cola, and Virgin Atlantic.
Before that, he was a Senior Manager at LinkedIn. He has collaborated with top universities and researchers, including Harvard, NYU, and UCLA. He is based in NYC.
Pedro Cabrera
Founding CTO
Pedro Cabrera is the Chief Technology Officer of Lizzy AI, where he’s redefining how organizations understand and engage with talent. Blending artificial intelligence, product innovation, and behavioral science, he builds technology that makes hiring more human — and more intelligent.
Before Lizzy, Pedro led global AI initiatives that merged psychology and machine learning, including AIMY™, the world’s first AI Coach, launched on Nasdaq and the London Stock Exchange. At Lizzy AI, his vision is to transform interviews into science-based conversations that reveal potential, not just experience.
Prof. Belen Garcia
Behavioral Science Lead
Belen brings over 20 years of experience in psychology and talent strategy, with a track record at Korn Ferry, the United Nations, and SoftBank. She has led high-impact projects in talent assessment, diagnostics, and organizational development across global contexts.
As a professor of Organizational Psychology and Human Resources, she blends academic rigor with practical expertise. At LizzyAI, Belen shapes the foundation of our assessment, selection, and matching framework – ensuring it’s scientifically sound and built for real-world effectiveness.
