About lizzyAI
lizzyAI is an agentic recruiting platform that helps hiring teams keep work moving across screening, coordination, interviews, and review.
Lizzy takes on repetitive workflow work and turns interactions into structured evidence, while people remain responsible for decisions. We are building recruiting workflows that stay clear, reviewable, and human from the candidate conversation to the recruiter’s next step.
About the role
You will create the first useful conversation between lizzyAI and recruiting teams. That means doing the research, understanding the hiring context, and reaching out with a relevant point of view instead of relying on generic volume.
This is a learning-intensive role at the intersection of market research, communication, and enterprise sales. You will develop a clear view of how recruiting teams operate, identify where repetitive work creates friction, and help the right people decide whether a deeper conversation is worthwhile.
What you’ll do
You will combine focused account research with consistent execution. The goal is not activity for its own sake; it is to create relevant conversations and leave the account executive with enough context to continue them well.
- Research target organizations, hiring priorities, recruiting workflows, current tools, and the stakeholders involved in change.
- Develop account-specific hypotheses about where coordination, screening, interviews, or review create avoidable friction.
- Write and deliver clear, personalized outreach across email, phone, and professional networks.
- Run early conversations that clarify needs, timing, stakeholders, and fit before an account executive joins.
- Keep activity, account context, objections, commitments, and next actions accurate in the team’s systems.
- Share recurring market language, questions, and objections with sales, marketing, product, and customer teams.
What you’ll bring
You do not need to arrive as a recruiting expert. You do need to be curious, coachable, and willing to understand the customer’s work well enough to earn their attention. We value thoughtful preparation and steady improvement over a one-size-fits-all script.
- Strong written and verbal communication, with the ability to make a message concise without making it generic.
- Curiosity about enterprise recruiting, hiring operations, and how teams evaluate new workflow software.
- Consistent follow-through, organization, and attention to the context behind each account and conversation.
- Comfort learning from call reviews, message experiments, coaching, and direct feedback.
- The judgment to prioritize relevance and fit over activity for its own sake.
- Motivation to grow in a collaborative, product-led enterprise sales team.
