About lizzyAI

lizzyAI is an agentic recruiting platform that helps hiring teams keep work moving across screening, coordination, interviews, and review.

Lizzy takes on repetitive workflow work and turns interactions into structured evidence, while people remain responsible for decisions. We are building recruiting workflows that stay clear, reviewable, and human from the candidate conversation to the recruiter’s next step.

About the role

You will work with enterprise recruiting teams as they bring lizzyAI into real hiring workflows. Your job is to make adoption clear and useful: understand how the team works today, help configure the right process, and keep feedback connected to product decisions.

You will be the connective tissue between customer goals, day-to-day recruiter behavior, and the product team. Success means more than completing an onboarding plan: teams should understand where Lizzy helps, where people remain in control, and how to improve the workflow as their needs evolve.

What you’ll do

You will lead the customer rhythm from implementation through sustained adoption. The work combines facilitation, workflow design, product fluency, and the discipline to keep decisions, risks, and next steps visible across several stakeholder groups.

  • Guide enterprise customers from discovery and onboarding through ongoing adoption across screening, coordination, interviews, and review.
  • Map existing recruiting processes and translate customer goals into clear workflows, responsibilities, milestones, and success criteria.
  • Help teams understand structured evidence, workflow state, exceptions, configuration choices, and human control in the product.
  • Identify adoption risks early, coordinate the right internal response, and maintain clear recovery plans when a workflow needs attention.
  • Turn customer feedback into actionable product context by separating recurring needs, configuration gaps, and product opportunities.
  • Build durable relationships across recruiting, operations, leadership, security, and technical stakeholders.

What you’ll bring

You should be equally comfortable leading a structured customer workshop, investigating why a workflow is not landing, and giving the product team a precise account of what needs to change. We value calm ownership and honest communication over polished status reporting.

  • Experience supporting enterprise customers in SaaS, recruiting technology, HR technology, or another operational workflow product.
  • Strong facilitation, implementation planning, project ownership, and multi-stakeholder communication.
  • The ability to turn an ambiguous process into clear decisions, owners, milestones, and next steps.
  • Enough technical curiosity to understand integrations, data flows, permissions, and product configuration without losing the human context.
  • Empathy for recruiters, hiring managers, candidates, and the different pressures each group brings to a hiring process.
  • A product-minded approach to customer feedback, adoption measurement, and long-term partnership.
