About lizzyAI
lizzyAI is an agentic recruiting platform that helps hiring teams keep work moving across screening, coordination, interviews, and review.
Lizzy takes on repetitive workflow work and turns interactions into structured evidence, while people remain responsible for decisions. We are building recruiting workflows that stay clear, reviewable, and human from the candidate conversation to the recruiter’s next step.
About the role
You will work with recruiting leaders who are evaluating how agentic software can support their teams without reducing human control or candidate care. The role is consultative: understand the current workflow, make the product relevant to it, and build a clear path from evaluation to partnership.
You will help customers connect a broad technology shift to the concrete work their teams perform every day. That requires curiosity, commercial discipline, and the confidence to be specific about where lizzyAI creates value, what needs validation, and how a responsible rollout should work.
What you’ll do
You will own a thoughtful enterprise sales process from the first serious conversation through agreement and handoff. Each opportunity should leave the customer with a clearer understanding of the workflow, the business case, and the people involved in making it successful.
- Lead enterprise opportunities from discovery through workflow evaluation, validation, procurement, and commercial agreement.
- Map recruiting processes, stakeholder priorities, operational constraints, decision criteria, and the cost of leaving the current workflow unchanged.
- Build relevant product narratives and evaluation plans with product, customer, and technical teammates.
- Coordinate security, legal, procurement, and technical conversations without losing sight of the recruiting outcome.
- Keep opportunity context, commitments, risks, unanswered questions, and next actions accurate throughout the process.
- Build long-term relationships grounded in trust, relevance, honest product scope, and a clean transition into customer success.
What you’ll bring
We are looking for someone who can create momentum without manufacturing urgency. You should enjoy complex discovery, communicate with precision, and know when a product question needs evidence from a teammate rather than an improvised promise.
- Experience selling enterprise SaaS, recruiting technology, or workflow software through multi-stakeholder processes.
- Strong discovery, executive communication, negotiation, forecasting, and commercial judgment.
- Comfort working with recruiting, talent, HR, people operations, security, procurement, and technical leaders.
- The discipline to qualify thoughtfully, document decisions, and avoid unsupported product or performance claims.
- The ability to connect detailed workflow pain to a concise, credible value story.
- A collaborative approach to product feedback, solution design, implementation handoff, and long-term customer success.
